What is your age and weight? What is your lifestyle like? If you can provide more details, it would be possible to do some educated reasoning around your observations.

fat reduce

Hi,
I am 38 years old. My Hight is 5'8" & Weight 78kg.
I know that this weight is over for me. Now I want to reduce my weigt atleast 8 kg. What should I do now ?

Have you any suggestion for me ?

N.b. I have a problem to eat Banana.
