hi guys.. its my 5 th day today n i feel 2kg less than the first day( started at 49).... it wasn't so difficult either to maintain the disciplined schedule in this diet.. for all those tea lovers.. you can consume 2 cups of tea( slim milk n without sugar).. i have an addiction to tea so i just couldn't resist!! today ill be having soya or sprouts with brown rice as i do not consume beef.. wonder soup was beneficial too and i am consuming it from day 1... just can't wait enough to see what 8th day morning has instore for me :)
