Doubt about Tobacco(smoking/chewing) and sex

Hi, I am on sixth day GM diet. All is well till now. I want to clarify one doubt- During this seven days plan can i smoke/chew tobacco and carry out sex as usual? Pls clarify this as early as possible. Thanks R S.
